Cindy Pon will be joining us at the Bookworm Suzhou to present her debut book Silver Phoenix and its sequel Fury of the Phoenix. Cindy has been nominated and won several awards for her teenage novels, so come and soak up some knowledge about becoming an author. We will have copies of both of her books on sale so come along and bring your friends.

Cindy Pon is addicted to twitter and bad reality television, and some good ones too like; Project Runway, Silver Phoenix and Fury of the Phoenix. Her two young adult fantasies from Greenwillow Books are available now!Her first published short story, Blue Skies, is also available in the Diverse Energies anthology (Tu Books). Serpentine, the first book of my her Xia duology will be released in September 2015, published by Month9Books. A children’s picture book with her chinese brush art is also in the works! Cindy is represented by Bill Contardi of Brandt & Hochman. When she is not writing or painting, Cindy likes to read, daydream, travel, eat and visit the theatre. She loves pastries, americanos and taiwanese food!
